Terms governing your use of SipRadar (EU-based operator) threat intelligence, API, and PBX security services.

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SipRadar platform, including our website, REST API, honeypot threat feed, IP reputation lookup, PBX security scanner, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SipRadar (EU-based operator) ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, using the Service, or accessing any paid or free tier, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Description of the Service

SipRadar provides VoIP and SIP-focused threat intelligence derived from a global honeypot network. The Service includes on-demand and scheduled PBX security audits, IP reputation data, blacklist feeds, webhook notifications, and developer API access.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta or preview features are provided as-is and may change without notice.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Use of the Service for unlawful surveillance, unauthorized scanning, or interference with third-party systems is prohibited (see our Acceptable Use Policy).

Plans and pricing

We offer Community (free), Single PBX ($29/month), Active Defense Pro ($89/month), and Enterprise/Wholesale (from $249/month) tiers. Current plan limits and features are described on our Pricing page and may be updated with notice.

Community tier includes limited API lookups, one on-demand PBX scan per month, and a threat feed with a 48-hour delay. Paid tiers unlock real-time API access, continuous PBX monitoring, webhooks, extended log retention, and additional capacity as described for each plan.

Prices are shown in USD exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Business customers with a valid tax ID may be charged net of tax where applicable.

Billing and payment

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual billing, where offered, is charged upfront for the selected term.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade to Community tier. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

API access and rate limits

API access requires a valid API key. Rate limits, lookup quotas, and feature availability depend on your plan. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension.

You may not resell raw API output as a standalone threat feed without a written Enterprise agreement. Integration into your own security products for internal use or customer protection is permitted on paid tiers.

PBX security scans

Remote PBX audits probe public SIP endpoints only. Every on-demand scan requires ownership verification (DNS TXT record or signed SIP OPTIONS probe) before results are delivered.

You warrant that you have authorization to scan any target you submit. We publish scanner IP ranges for allowlisting. Misuse may result in immediate account termination.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, threat data, honeypot telemetry, scoring models, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to your plan.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation or compensation.

Availability and support

We target high availability for production API endpoints but do not guarantee uninterrupted access on free tiers. Enterprise customers may receive a formal uptime SLA under separate agreement.

Support channels and response times vary by plan: Community (Discord community), paid tiers (email, priority SLA on Active Defense and Enterprise).

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THREAT SCORES AND SCAN RESULTS ARE OPINIONS BASED ON OBSERVED SIP BEHAVIOR AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURITY DECISIONS, INCLUDING BLOCKING IPS OR CHANGING PBX CONFIGURATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE TIER.

Termination

You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or non-payment.

Upon termination, API keys are revoked and access to paid features ends. Certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of a member state of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. EU consumers retain mandatory rights under local consumer protection law.

Disputes should first be raised with us at legal@sipradar.net. Where required, courts in the EU shall have jurisdiction.
